How Could It Work operates.

Could It Work is a business analysis service operated by Authorythm. This page sets out what we do, how we handle information, and — most importantly — what to do if we get something about your business wrong.

Correction path

If an assessment of your business is wrong, tell us.

Every report we publish applies the same method to every subject, without manual override or editorial commentary — that consistency is what lets us stand behind a report. It also means the way to challenge a specific finding is not a phone call, it is this process:

  1. Tell us what is wrong. Email hello@coulditwork.ai (subject: "Correction") with the report link (the coulditwork.ai/r/... URL), which specific claim you dispute, and what the correct information is. If you are the operator of the business a report describes, say so.
  2. We re-run the evidence, not just the wording. We check the claim against its cited source. If a source was misread, out of date, or the underlying fact has changed, we correct it. We do not soften an accurately-sourced finding because it is unwelcome — but we always look again.
  3. You get an answer within 5 business days. Either the correction is made and the report is updated, or we explain in writing why we believe the original finding stands, citing the evidence.
  4. Corrected reports are marked as corrected. We do not silently edit a published report — a visible note records that a correction was made and when, alongside the original evidence.

This is a real process, not a formality: an assessment tool that will not correct a demonstrated error has no legitimate claim to being trusted, and we intend to keep that claim earned.

What every report is

Method, not opinion.

Every report is produced by applying one written method to the publicly available information we can find about the subject — the same method for everyone, every time. Reports describe observable patterns (engagement behaviour, published pricing, domain history, public complaint records) and say plainly where something could not be established. They never make a claim about a person's character, and they never claim to know who is or is not a real customer or follower of the business in question — that information is not visible to us, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.

Reports are business information, not financial, investment or legal advice. They are our honest, evidenced read of public information, not a certification of any kind.

Privacy

What we collect and how we use it.

If you submit a link to us (by Telegram, WhatsApp, or web), we collect: the link you sent, your messaging handle/number, anything you tell us about your own business (used only to personalise your report), and the report we produce. We use this to answer your request and, if you return, to remember your business context so you do not have to repeat it.

About the business behind a submitted link, we collect only what is already publicly available — web pages, public registration records, archived page history, and public complaint/review chatter. We do not use facial recognition, we do not purchase private data, and we do not access anyone's follower list or private account information; several of our stated limits exist specifically because we structurally cannot see that data, not by policy choice alone.

WhatsApp. If you reach us via WhatsApp, your conversation is used solely to deliver this service to you. It is never used to train any model, and never shared for marketing or any purpose beyond answering your submission — a condition we hold to independent of any platform requirement.

Retention. We keep submissions and reports so we can answer follow-up questions and honour the correction path above. Email hello@coulditwork.ai to request deletion of your own submission history; we will confirm once it is done.

We do not sell your data. We are a business that uses AI tools to help produce a defined analytical product — we are not an advertising or data broker.
